Team encouragement, career opportunity, upscale office, community involvement, fun work atmosphere, mentorship programs, accesses to technology, access to continued education platforms , and family oriented.
Cons
Looking at the positives not any negatives at this time. As the company grows they are listining to their people and working to make it a better stronger team. I would not put a con as each company has growing pains. We the employees may feel them time to time but the management team strives to fix these with every oppertunity they can.
