1. A lot of courses and programs to develop soft and hard skills 2. Nice people

Cons

1. Really hard to get a competitive salary since the PR period is 1 year 2. A lot of employees felt left out after the company changed its vector to AI

🙏Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We do our best to hire people that live our values and nurture inclusive and friendly corporate culture. Team members' development is one of our priorities. We offer a lot of in-house hard and soft skills training sessions, free access to Udemy courses and language lessons. We also cover preparation for AWS certification. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you had not the best experience with our performance management process. We are currently working on it to make it more transparent and attractive. We do decided to grow the company, expand our AI expertise and become global. Obviously, we would like our people to grow and develop with us. But we have plenty of amazing projects they can work on besides AI / Data Science.

Cons

This is Game of Thrones. You never know who will stab you next. Toxic atmosphere, every department hogs the covers and works only its interest. No collaboration.
