I have been with our company for over 14 years, I believe that speaks for its self! I would never work for a company that I did not believe in or was unhappy working in. Our company is a family run company which makes it very personable. Not only for the employees but for our customers in which we value very much! We will always try to resolve any issue to make our customers happy! Pertaining to the employees there is always an open door policy with management in which they listen , take everything into consideration and they always come up with a resolution. Perks are given to the employees, outings, company vehicles, 401k's BBQ's etc. I truly believe this is a great company and I am proud to be part of it.

From day 1 for me, the culture has been excellent here at Proven IT. The vision and values of the organization have been very transparent from ownership down, and there has been very little deviation in the marketing and growth plan. Ownership and family is very approachable, and if/when issues arise, they are taken care of very quickly. Also, the strategy of being top-heavy in support and service helps considerably on the sales and consulting end. I feel like everyone here is very supportive of each other from the top down. I've been in the industry for 10+ years, and can honestly say this is hands-down the most well-run Managed IT/Print organization in Chicago. So much opportunity to compete hard and grow professionally here as well.
