Pros

Working from home ( remote ) position.

Cons

High stress, overworked and under paid. Dysfunctional from the top down. Only focused on revenue and not employee satisfaction. Manipulative untrustworthy management. Most everyone in my department is miserable. There is terrible training, No leadership and no coaching.

Pros

-It's healthcare, so if it's your aim to do good then this can potentially be the place to do it -Organization provided healthcare

Cons

-The goals of the organization will always take precedence over the needs of the patients -The organization constantly does lay offs and reductions in force. The latest waves of layoffs was to provide justification to outsource cheap labor from India -Toxic leadership runs rampant and is protected by other toxic leadership -Leadership would rather find someone to blame than improve services -The organization has caused massive amounts of patients to be rescheduled for treatments because of its decisions to outsource its IT infrastructure to third parties to save a dime -Reprisal and discrimination are defended and swept under the rug by the HR department. The person with the "liability" will be removed from the organization one way or another -Salaried employees are abused beyond their state laws and work ethics.

Pros

the staff nice facility with great views

Cons

toxic work environment unethical leadership that does not value its staff-it is very common to see supervisors and other leaders singling out individual workers to belittle and ground down for sport, mocking the union and their own staff behind closed doors, dismissive of safety issues constantly understaffed, often expected to work in extreme conditions that put both patients and staff at risk of harm management acts very pretentious but they play alot of politics behind the scenes. You need to either stay well under the radar or suck up to someone important in order to survive
