Nothing. Run away from this place

Cons

Micromanage, they don’t want to train new employees, bullying, in the interview they say that they are going to training you in everything but they get upset when you ask for it. No place to grow.

Wonderful Mission and Values and focus on both Fair compensation and bonus potential Good benefits Great people

Cons

Layoffs about every two years due to fiscal irresponsibility at top levels Failure to leverage expertise of caregivers to achieve improvements Despite concern and attention to burnout, due to constant layoffs and reorganization, work gets piled on leading to stress and burnout.
