Great Company with Authentic Owners

Pros

The ownership team (Chris, Mike, and Andrew) are phenomenal entrepreneurs and overall human beings. They have a heart for their business, and are willing to be on the ground floor working with the rest of the team to keep the company moving in a positive direction. The feel is super laid-back coupled with a team that hustles to do a great job--so while you feel like you can be more relaxed, you can be assured that everyone is working hard toward a common goal. This is a key difference in other startups I have seen, as sometimes the atmosphere can be so casual that it fosters an unproductive and immature environment. Kudos to PT for creating and maintaining their status as one of Nashville's Best Places to Work. It is certainly a well-deserved acknowledgement.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about ProviderTrust, and wish the company much success in their future.

Pros

- The leadership team is extremely transparent about how the company is performing and where we are going in the future - There is a great work/life balance and the company culture promotes boundaries around employee family time. This is highlighted through the awesome PTO policy! - Fun company events on a weekly/monthly basis - Great Nashville location that allows us to walk/explore centennial park on a lunch break. Also, many eating options within walking distance. If you are not interested in walking to grab lunch, our company also provides discounted lunch options that are delivered to our office each Monday. - Individual work contributions is easily reflected in the company goals/success

Cons

As the company has grown quickly, it can sometimes be challenging to know which teams/team members to communicate with on cross team projects.

Pros

Leadership truly cares about their employees. They attract and reward high-performers. The culture cares about the overall success of the company, not just the individual's success. Little hierarchy makes it possible to interface with all levels of the company and get buy in from management.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to know who should make a decision. At the same time, people can make decisions without consulting the right people.
