Hi, as the current CEO here at Provoke, I am sorry that your experience here was clearly not great.
While I wasn’t here to see or experience what your are describing, my hope is that you get some closure in knowing one of my top priorities is to reshape the culture to one focused on beliefs, not just behaviors.
Central to our beliefs is becoming a fast growth company vs. a lifestyle company.
Customer centricity is the core focus in attaining our growth ambitions, which in turn drives a set of behaviors from our employees.
As the company grows and succeeds by helping our clients win, my job is to help our most important asset, our employees, win via expanded career and economic opportunities.
