•Opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting projects across multiple clients •Collaborative and people focused culture •Investment in whole person development including a week long off site core consultancy skills training course abroad •Regular team socials •Hybrid working •Flat hierarchy •Rapid expansion allows for accelerated progression

Cons

•Periods of very high intensity when working across multiple clients •Limited desk space in London office (being rectified with a new office opening soon!)
