Pros

The "sweatshop" employees on the floor; real and good to great attitudes, especially for the duplicitous and disingenuous work environment. The willingness of workers to continue to do their best in spite of management playing games to undermine their employees efforts.

Cons

The "darwinian evolutionary" style of successive management, which undermied any level of trust, in being replaced for any reason--whether it be personal or misperception based on the "popular flavor this week, month, etc. ... The practice of fact finding, only to protect from legal liability, and not correct the problem. Non-admission of problems or attitudes, especially from management hierarchy. In short, "Do as I say, not as I do" ethos.

Overall a postive working environment. Good pay for the job. Offer some room for advancement. Early morning start time means off pretty early in the day.

Cons

Must have a college degree to advance very far. Seems like company does not advance with new ideas or technologies as quickly as most of the competitors.
