Ridiculous hours. Favoritism. Worst management I've ever experienced. no room for growth do to one family monopolizing better paying jobs. HR is not a good resource. competitors pay more. No black production employees. barely any white employees. they want hispanics that dont understand their rights. woman are not equal. no work/life balance. upper management pockets millions, then gives you "profit sharing" which is poor. definitely would rather have a pay bump. the upper ceos would never start the IPO stock process. because they dont want to give their employees stocks that are worth more then their played with profit sharing numbers because they think you are inferior and stupid. and shareholders would just vote all of them out.
