Company offers benefits with paid holidays and vacation. No weekend work

Cons

The fall of a once beautiful company to the hands of greedy management with no regard for the loyal employees that made them great. This company isn't any better if not worse then it's competition Poor management from the lowly sales and service all the way up to the top including its owner who clearly has lost the sight of his company that he inherited as an adopted child. His father is probably turning in his grave with all the shame he has brought to this once mighty company.

Never seemed to have their act together. Very restrictive when it came to serving customers and completing simple everyday tasks. This created a culture of inefficiency that would discourage sales people. Employees work very hard and do not seem to get the praise and appreciation they deserve. Very stressful for really no reason.
