Pros

good people who collaborate and help you grow and learn remote work flexibility,

Cons

unfortunate to have a manager who feels himself like CEO and sits in a different time zone. don’t interact until year end review comes. pay is very less, benefits are below par.

Pros

They don't try to squeeze you for what you're worth and it is usually a relatively relaxed environment. Most people are experienced and have been there for a while, and don't jump on your mistakes. And the pay is pretty decent. Also, amazing diversity

Cons

Some projects are not as interesting as they could be, although that might change in the future of course

Pros

Excellent Benefits and ESPP program. Very good internal mobility opportunities. Great Culture. Quick adoption to newer Tech. Excellent Training program

Cons

Less transparency from Senior Leadership Team. A very few promotions to desired next level. Sometimes projects get very demanding and need for longer hours to deliver
