      The office will be moving and the commute is going to become much longer with traffic going toward the city.

      They pay well but there is a reason. They ask more than your license can carry.

      Cons

      No over site of middle management. Corporate level managers are not in touch with the company and the laws their middle management are breaking. They hire staff that are not qualified for the positions and demand unsafe levels of care on the staff in place. Facilities are understaffed with negative outcomes, Hospice is not patient oriented as it was designed to be and home health is staffed at an life threatening dangerous level. Home health puts LPNs on call because the RN staff refuses to drive the distance. Hospice with holds care where needed to keep their numbers above the bonus line. Bonus is everything. Patient needs are not addressed due to lack of staff.
