      Pros

      The benefits are almost non existent. Management does not allow for growth or movement within the company. Over worked and underpaid and not appreciated. Mist places do things for all of their employees on ALL shifts, not where I work.

      Cons

      Lackluster orientation and training, would he nice if human resources would let e. p loyees know more about what benefits they do get.

      Pros

      It's close to my home, I love taking care of the residents and I have some great co-workers as well.

      Cons

      Too much paperwork, staff turn over, not enough staff to care for residents , rules change all the time, policy's are not followed, corporate really doesn't care about us
