I thoroughly enjoyed working with Psion Inc., especially with my peers and those professionals from various departments.

Pros

The benefits were excellent, opportunity to take courses and seminars to enhance your skills and experiences

Cons

As the company was acquired by MSI, the people started to loose moral although most of us were still hopeful to gain continuous employment but that did not happen. The job function in the department was relocated to another country, hence so many talented and skilled workers were impacted here.

Pros

Good Company, dynamic with good reputation in the market, reasonable benefits. Good working environment especially if you team leader really leads. Really enjoy my time when company was directed by people who recognized people.

Cons

For the past few years almost none recognition of efforts, even the deliverables of internal projects were bringing reasonable cost savings but I guess those savings were going in a different direction rather to compensate some of the talent in the organization
