Pros

Nice learning environment with a lot of technical challenges. I found the technology and verticals to be a new world for me, so it's a step up in my career to have seen so many new things. And learned a lot extra about doing channel business.

Cons

Middle and senior management sometimes loose track of why we all do our job. Winning and making money should always be the business-objective, but you can't drop the focus on other important factors for employees.
