the Head office was close to the highway.

the last three years no increases in salary - 100s of people being let go - a VP of engineering who has no engineering training whatsoever

Good people at the field line level. Pay is okay but generally lags about 10 - 15% behind market comps. Benefits not bad.

Cons

Senior Sales Mgmt has alienated the field team. Very negative environment. Too much power in one person's hands with the rest of the organization and direct reports scared to voice their opinions for fear of retribution.
