I was selected after on-campus interview process. Sapient has one of the best cultures in the industry. Loved working there with awesome people in Bangalore and Gurgaon campuses.

Cons

You might face some strange people, but they are everywhere, it's not a con though.

1. Aggressive project deadlines causes work life balance to suffer 2. They have to upgrade their pay as per market standards 3. High attrition. And raise your hiring standards for frontend. People will stick around.
