Work here if you like uncertainty and being lied to
Pros
Unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule, office events, decent benefits
Cons
As a recent grad new hire, the upper management will give you lots of hope, make you feel valued and make it seem as if there is lots of opportunity for growth. I quickly learned that was not the case. Being hired to this company doesn't guarantee being assigned to a project, so you could be sitting months at a time without an assignment. Minimal guidance or communication on their end after the initial 'training' period. The office is very separated because the employees on different projects with different clients are not connected much. Too much outsourcing esp on the technical side. Lack of consistency with everything from what we are told to expect to available project assignments. And when they don't see a use for you anymore, lay-offs without notice. Here it really just depends on your luck with how things turn out for you. There's also inconsistency with work/life balance and quality of work across clients and projects.
