Coworkers and management were all pretty friendly, working outdoors, autonomy on the job most of the time

Cons

Working overnight/early morning was a drain on social life and mental health, personal vehicle wear and tear, difficulty in inclement weather, trying to find house numbers in the dark, working vampire hours
