POLITICS!!! FAVORITISM!! If you are not part of a clique you have no chance to learn and grow. It is all about who you know and who likes you. The company does not respect those who are successful with living a work life balance lifestyle.

The employees below management are young, smart and just really good people. The ideals of the company are great(two days of volunteer time off). HR is always doing initiatives to try to make the employees happy. They try to promote family and work/life balance

Cons

Very top heavy in management. Managers have no concern for the employees. You have to work long hours and on weekends while your manager gets to leave. Managers do not care about you or your family and are just concerned about their bonus'. Upper management supports this type of culture. Middle managers are very incompetent. You do not get rated for your work but how social you are.
