If you work more than 8 hours Pulte will pay over time.

Cons

Lack of professional leadership in a real constrution environment. Since Pulte has no one in upper management with real hands on Construction experience there motive of operation is to throw staggering amount of money to correct any issue they are confronted with and change the completion date. Pulte waiste so much money. Its a matter of time before the leadership out of the Atlanta office wakes up. They make over 30% on most house sales due to the real estate market. Once the percentage tighten up and Pulte Continues to throw money away the big boys from Atlanta will clean house. It is a matter of time

too few to mention, maybe holidays and vacation

Cons

Systems are non existent, all boys club arrogance. They claim they care about customers, but they don't, and they build really poor quality homes. Team building events are forced fun, and nobody wants to do it. Culture is backstabbing to get a head. Managers and directors all falsify there expense reports, and nobody cares.

Cons

The worst experience in my new home sales career and lowest income ever earned. Poor dictator style leadership with immature middle management, unorganized and dinosaur processes use up valuable sales time. Pulte may be a large builder but they are certainly not interested in doing the right thing for their buyers, vendors or employees.
