Pros

Stable Company; nice co-workers; beautiful corporate office space

Cons

This is a VERY stuffy, old-school corporate environment dominated by a good ole boy system of management; if you're in, you have it made. There is very little room for any creativity; they may tell you differently but in practice they really only want you to do things their way and won't consider ideas for improvement. If your idea is granted an audience, expect so many layers of corporate bureaucracy that you'll grow old actually seeing something come to fruition. There are multiple corporate events that everyone must endure or risk falling out of favor. On Fridays all of the serfs are granted free bagels and the senior execs get to try to act cool wearing their mommy jeans and polo shirts. I took this job when the economy was recovering and I left as soon as I could find a nice place to land.

Pros

Ability to make six figures. Good floor plans and community locations

Cons

Micro managed by managers and long hours. Adding cameras to models for "security" but actually used to be a big brother mentality. Reduced commission percentage as much as possible. Focuses mainly on margin and not employees or work load.

Pros

They have good intentions;but if your sort of the good ole boy/girl network you will not be given a chance to grow. They express they want to promote from within but that rarely happens in the GA division. They promote tenyrd people to a management position but they don't know how to manage their team. Same managers don't make decision they look to people with more experience to make the decision and make them look good.

Cons

Mangers need training; they don't listen to employees; if cared about the homeowner they would listen to their staff when they say communication is going to be the key of their success again
