Dental insurance is essentially worthless Vision is extremely bare bones They recruited me by saying I would be a hybrid employee 2 days in office, 3 days work from home, now they're switching to 3 days in and 2 days work from home and hinting at going up to 4 days in office a week. Work life balance before that wasn't great but now it's essentially non existent as the office is smack dab in the middle of the city so it takes the members of my team and I at least 2 hours of a commute daily to get there. They talk a lot about being a very inclusive and diverse company but Google "Pultegroup noose" and read the first news article that comes up. They had an executive threaten their sales team with a noose and the CEO covered it up for 3 years until they couldn't anymore.

Too much demand focused only on making money and very little on the customer. Makes it hard to do your job well when the employee isn't supported in their roles. Training is non-existent. Just given a laptop and demanded to get work done. Literally screamed and yelled at in private and in meetings by mgmt.
