Decent pay, good base level employees, seems like corporate cares

Cons

High turnover, high stress, lack of training, upper level didn't listen and didn't care what was going on in the field as long as metrics were on a steep rise. No other aspect of the business was looked at or accepted.

Lack of upward mobility, let me rephrase if you are good looking you will get promoted. This company does t reward the most intelligent or the most capable. Management will promote the person that will look good on a LinkedIn page or a magazine.

The company will take care of customer complaints, builds a good house and honors warranty requests.

Cons

None of the departments get along with one another, very high turnover in management which makes you think there is bad leadership at the top, no support, gossip, always afraid you’re going to get fired or yelled at, opinions don’t matter.
