Good benefits, mostly friendly people, nice office with great location, free parking, parties and other team building events. ??Field Day for adults??

Cons

It's a Boy's club, look at upper management. In addition, they recently underwent HUGE layoffs and seemingly dropped all of their "top priorities". For instance, they were trying to correct major issues with consumer complaints/ quality issues and created a new customer care program to help. When overhead costs were challenged, they cancelled the new customer care program rollout and laid off the national customer care manager??

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, the worst I have ever experienced in any company I've worked for. I have worked sometimes 7 days a week for months and long into the evening. No flexibility. No time off for family emergencies. Poor team collaboration and culture.

Management. They do not care about employees. I worked for 12+ years and was discarded because of poor management. Progress goes unnoticed and effort goes unrecognized. Family life is forgotten for company bottom line. Quality of product is forgotten for bottom line.
