      Pros

      Highly regarded university, especially in the science, technology, engineering and math arenas. There are lots of opportunities to connect with internationally respected faculty members and extremely bright students. Enterprising individuals can establish relationships nationally/internationally. Lots of opportunity to be innovative in the administrative arena

      Cons

      Administratively, the university is "playing catch up" to many other big universities and change comes at a glacial pace. There are a lot of "silos" within the university which, at times, makes collaboration difficult, but that seems to be changing
