They have a wonderful vetting process on hiring good people.

Cons

They tell you one thing when the offer you the job but it is a whole different story when you get into the job 6 months later. They expect you to work all the time, no life balance as promised. Your lucky if you ever see a commission check the way they set it up.

At Purolator International, we have a highly competitive sales compensation plan which rewards those who contribute to the growth of our organization. We have recently made changes to our sales compensation plan to further improve earning opportunities and will continue to do so to ensure alignment with our growth strategies. We have also invested in sales process changes and technical as well as product training for our sales team.

Cons

Executive Management Team not in touch with their departments. Expansion beyond infrastructure support. Poor management on all levels. Negative attitude across the board with all employees. No internal control.
