None, except the work is very detail oriented and they pay more than similar jobs.

Cons

The only thing that matters is thier bottom line. Not the people that help make it successful.

Pros

Opportunities for growth if you are willing to put the work in. Fast paced, always work to do so the days fly by. Overall, good camaraderie amongst the team. Flexible with scheduling and offers overtime if you could use the extra money. Ability to set your own schedule. Great mentors. Leadership is empathetic because they have experience in the front line of support.

Cons

Understaffed, the company isn’t willing to spend on resources but would rather outsource. Offices are outdated and depressing.
