The people I work with are good people.

Cons

No raise for 4 years. With inflation being the worst it’s ever been in 4 years having a cost of living adjustment would have made a big difference. Also, our goals are constantly being moved so commission pay has gone down over the years. Basically, instead of being paid more over time I’m being paid less. There is a hard ceiling and it comes down to even the most petty of things like whether or not I deserve a $20 gift card for my performance. Pushpay needs to learn to pay their employees fairly instead of pinching pennies.

Pros

Great Leadership within the CS team that wants the customers, company, and employees to succeed. Leadership fought for fairness and made sure our team was taken care of. The people I worked along side with truly had my back and were 90% of the reason I stayed during terbulent times. The CEO is amazing and I know that all of the key leaders truly want the best for the Pushpay team.

Salary was good but competing rolls offered better options.
