Awesome agency to work with in a time where finding a job is difficult
Pros
The team at Pyramid Consulting Team has been nothing but supportive in the year that I have spent working with them at my current assignment. During my interview process they were supportive and timely with their communication. Communication has been seamless and I've felt much more supported by them as opposed to past agencies that I have worked with. In the past it was easy to even forget there was an agency that had helped me get my job, and at worse they did not do much to help and make me feel like I was supported. No issues with pay being late.
Cons
I can't name any cons that I've experienced with the Pyramid Team. Most of my issues have been with system tools (time entry, switching between payrole programs, etc) but even with these small issues, the team was responsive to my queries.
