Pros

The line employees were great to work with. They were truly dedicated to making each guest experience a good one. Also, there was always free food around to snack on.

Cons

This company is so dysfunctional, that I'm not really sure how it hasn't imploded yet. Upper management sells a completely unrealistic view of potential returns to the owners and then expects lower level staff in all departments to make it happen with no money, support, or other resources.

* Good and friendly environment * Good salary * Hybrid/Remote work facilities * Everyone helpful

Cons

* No more other facilities than salary and 2 bonuses * In my case team leads are not knowledgable enough to learn from and go with a modern approach for development
