Cons

The management cannot deny that it is guilty of favoritism and discrimination in the workplace. Most employees are aware that many of the managers act awfully hostile toward certain employees. Meanwhile, they're really nice toward others. This toxicity spreads throughout the whole work environment and creates an unhealthy workplace.
