Way too many weekly and daily meetings. They take up so much of your time. Each meeting is to basically give you negative news, never anything positive to say about the work you are doing. Management is always worried about budget and not worried about their employees.

Upper management, managers and supervisors. Ever since the purchased this hotel property they changed policy and culture. They took away my PTO with out explanation. That eventually killed my motivation to work. Manager and supervisor I worked for. I had manager who had this narssatic personality at work. It's his away nothing else and takes all the credit. Won't hesitate to throw you under the bus to save his skin. A supervisor who is lazy and loves to talk behind your back. This company has no integrity.
