Reflecting on my past employment at this company, I couldn't help but fell a sense of rudeness and bitterness due to the presence of a backstabbing manager. The memory of working under this individual was marred by insults, untrained behavior and derisory treatment. The managers backstabbing tendencies created a toxic work environment where trust was nonexistent. Instead of fostering collaboration and teamwork, this individual thrived on undermining colleagues and spreading discord behind their backs. Their action were not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful, as they aimed to sabotage other's progress for their own personal gain.
