      Pros

      A very strategic , report driven company. A good infrastructure to stay focused on the sales & catering goals. Training a large focus too!

      Cons

      Management company that works with franchise . I prefer the owned/managed hotel , hence the short time with them. They are a top management company for franchise hotels.

      You learn how to communicate and deal with disgruntled guests. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Can't identify young hungry talent if it bit them in the face. Career Opportunities... lol Senior Management never even spoke to me. 1 Star

      Compensation is fair, benefits are above industry average.

      Cons

      Any pros for compensation and benefit offerings are severely outweighed by the cons of the over-the-top atmosphere of intense micromanagement of managers at any level. So intense that it's counterproductive to any necessary procedure. Reports, reports, reports...so many reports! They all say the same information, but each goes to a different overseer. So much valuable time and effort wasted. Probably a decent place for a high school kid looking for a first time job, or a young college student, but no place for someone with a good education and successful and savvy industry experience...
