Corporate structure , lack of appropriate training and new beginnings make this a very frustrating and stressful place to work. Policy changes daily, patient care is very low and staff is under-trained and under supported. I was thrown in my position after several people quit. More people quit while I was there including the CFO and the Clinical Director. I had several days where 1-2 staff members showed up for a 7-8 person shift. 6 clients left against facility advice in ONE weekend! HIPPA violations amuck! All this only to be told they were "getting rid" of the Unit Supervisors in favor of a lead tech position. Choice of accepting $15,000 less annually and going to an hourly position or resign! Please think twice before accepting a position with this company . National reviews of this companie's other hospitals are similarly disparaging.

Administration feels more focused on profit than client care and rarely listens to clinical team concerns which leads to overworked staff that can't provide the quality of care they strive for.
