Hours are condusive to someone that is in college, have children, save money on traveling/gas due to this positon is permently remote.

Cons

Pay it based on the cost of living in Altoona not the National Average no one can survive on $16.00 ans that is based on what line of business you work, raises are horriable the max is 3%, lack of communication allows for things to fall through the cracks which hurts clients seeking help as well as the employee, lack of advancement oppertunites, benefits out of pocket cost are high for medical insurance that is horrible, and HR leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth etc.

Very kind hearted and invested clinical and paraprofessional staff who really want to help.

Cons

Leadership does not understand levels of care, or developmental needs of population served. They tend to be reactive, rather than listen to perspectives offered. Short term financial gains do not take into account long term financial risks.

There are no pros to working here, they literally work you to death until you burn the hell out.

Cons

Hr and Upper management are friends, write you up for no reason. They treat you like a slave, therapists think that they are above you, upper management thinks they are better than you. Everyone will look down on you if you are not on their “level”.
