Flexible, work from home, understanding and supportive colleagues, decent culture (if that matters to you).

Cons

Zero opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. Literally none. Low pay rates and very low pay raises. Garbage benefits. No clear direction from management. No performance review meetings. Bad communication by management. DEI ruining the culture. Only hire people like themselves. Management fails to utilize any advice that is different from their own perspective.

Remote jobs with good flexibility in this position, the work itself is easy

Cons

Lowest pay I've ever seen. This company is buying up previously reputable mental health facilities and driving them into the ground by offering extremely low pay and only hiring the most inexperienced staff/counselors. Management knows nothing about the facilities they are supposed to be running. Day to day the job isn't bad but after a while employees are forced to leave in order to be able to pay their bills. Turnover is incredibly high as a result which leads to poor treatment and outcomes. Anyone with experience is being forced out due to previously making halfway decent salaries, that Pyramid no longer wants to pay.
