      Pros

      Pyramid leadership continues to try and meet the uncertainty of the times and talent needs through reshaping the growth strategy and aligning people rewards/benefits that are attractive. No company is perfect and every company must evolve... this company seems to have the risk tolerance to do just that.

      Cons

      The virtual work environment has taken away what Pyramid leaned on most, which was its genuine and authentic approach to time together in the office. The company, as with all other companies, is trying to find ways to generate collaboration in a virtual world... it will take time and continued effort

      They care for their employees, always sends gifts and/or gift baskets. People/team members in general are nice

      Small teams! A lot of work and responsibilities on one person

      Pros

      The focus on employee retention and preserving the best aspects of the culture to support those employees has allowed Pyramid to surpass and avoid some of the pitfalls faced by competing companies. Humble attitude, and focus on continuously improving where needed.

      Cons

      The culture is very unique (all in positive ways). But because it is so different from other similar companies the navigation for new managers is a bit more challenging.

We want to make sure that each manager is an extension of our values and company culture, and we are taking steps to create and implement more formalized manager trainings as you suggested.
