      Work here if you want to work for a call center

      Pros

      Weekends off (although I’m sure it won’t be for long) and holidays off

      Cons

      It’s a call center. You apply for “compassionate enrollment specialist” but that’s not what it is. They use manipulation tactics to get people signed up on this app that half of the people don’t want. They tell you to literally lie to the people to get them to sign up. They buy numbers and they tell you to just call and call and see who you get. They get mad at you if your call volume is low and they don’t care that it’s because you just helped someone who was suicidal.

      A Place To Make A Difference

      Pros

      Pyx has an amazing mission and everyone no matter their role is onboard with attempting to achieve it each and everyday. The company has grown in the last few months but still works hard to hold it's small, intimate identity with their employees by having staff meetings and activities. The company values and encourages work/life balance, plus engaging in healthy activities, family and pets! While at Pyx you feel like your contribution makes a difference.

      Cons

      The company is growing and is working out it's growing pains from moving from small to big, so the standard growing pains but as time moves forward there is less and less. All actions are done with a positive intent.

      Amazing coworkers, appropriate salary, recognized for work done, and work is meaningful. Female CEO.

      Cons

      It is a startup, things are constantly changing. If you don't like that it would be hard to find a good work cadence.
