      Pros

      Pyx started off as a small organization and the start up "vibe" is very present. Senior Leadership is wanting everyone to be successful, they are engaged and try to make the team culture feel like a family. The company offers competitive wages for the area and continues to grow nationally.

      Cons

      As the company grows beyond startup there are struggle to move past the family feel and really create a sense of culture that many millennials seek; for example continued diversity and inclusion beyond LGBTQ values. Senior Management struggles with delegation, which means they are involved in too many aspects which creates a negative buzz as the team has a fear of making mistakes.

      The culture and leadership are top notch, and to top it off everyone is mission driven. If your looking for a place to work where you are helping people in need, look no further.
