Pros

As others have said it's a very busy place to work and a lot is expected of you. Depending on who you are that's good or a bad. The field is a challenge because what's new in digital is always changing. So if you are looking to learn and always be thinking of a new way to impact work, this is a great place to do it. Seems to be growing fast for a while now so new opportunities. Project types change a lot as do the members of the company you get to work with. So usually a good mix and variety. Looks like that's the case across all departments and offices that I've seen. The people are great, the company seems to focus on evolving and if you like to constantly be evaluating "is there a better way to do this?" it might be a good spot for you. I enjoy working with most all of my coworkers which is tough to say some places. Varied Customers

Cons

Very self-directed environment. If you like to repeat items and be told exactly how to do them, this probably isn't the place for you. You have to explore how to achieve something and often times ask questions to get there successfully. While the culture is very open and it encourages people to feel that their opinion matters, it also amplifies the importance of some people to the point where they feel like it's 'their way or no way'. It can be annoying to listen to when someone does this. Growing fast means lots of new employees and some of them don't work out so turnover is a real thing. Usually it's been for the better but still a pain when it happens. Customers
