Pros

By far the best employer I have ever worked for. The environment and culture are fun, the work is solid, high quality, and fun. The people I get to work with every day are intelligent, friendly, trustworthy, and experts in their respective fields. Pyxl appreciates and rewards hard work which keeps morale high and everyone working harder.

Cons

The only con I can speak to is sometimes the work load gets a little overwhelming, but that just boils down to needing more staff which HR works diligently to find, filter, and hire the best.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working at Pyxl and find the upcoming growth the executive team has planned to be very exciting. Culture was something that was very important to me in a workplace and I really appreciate that Pyxl takes the time to value their employees all around happiness and not just that they are getting tasks done. I believe that this positive work environment combined with the executive teams openness to new ideas has played a large role in the companies continue growth.

Cons

Due to an increase in business there are some days that involve coming in a little early or leaving a little late. Having such a positive culture helps in making this less of a chore and more working towards the larger team goal of growth for the company.
