Pros

Work from home! Flexible hours, really wonderful people. I never thought I would leave my job of 20 years at a local hospital to work from home. Working from home was always a dream for me. The dream has come true! I make more money and have a ton of flexibility! Promises made to me were kept and this is something not many employees can say about the companies they work for in today's workforce. I am so very lucky! I thought that communication would be a challenge while working remotely - this has been proven not to be an issue as well! Management and Team Leaders answer emails quickly. No complaints:)

Cons

I haven't come across any as of yet.

Ability to work from home and flexible schedule

Cons

Took a very long time to get started, get IT clearance and get ‘greenlighted’. Income can be inconsistent based on hospital cases.
