Thank you for the review. It's so great to hear you enjoyed your time on the team. Creating growth opportunities for those within our ranks is something we're always looking to do, so I'm glad you mentioned room for advancement. In fact, we're happy to share that in the past year we have created more than 31 new clinical roles beyond the Quality Information Specialist positions and have filled 87% of them with folks already on the team! Thanks again and best of luck! Kelly True, Senior Manager, Human Resources hr@q-centrix.com

Pros

1. Flexibility and a great network of peers and experts that are always happy to help. 2. Great communication-I never worry that my email or phone call will go unanswered. Peers are on-it in every aspect. Management is also free with communication. 3. Great Company vision, education, and I feel like my input is heard. 4. Amazing culture-even though I work remotely, I feel a sense of team spirit and comradery. 5. Most of all, I can see the impact that my work has on improving patient safety and quality care across the nation.

Cons

1. Ramping up to steady hours can take a long time 2. Have to purchase own equipment and supplies

Thanks for sharing. I’m so glad you’re enjoying your time with us and I always love hearing when someone is feeling that sense of team. We aim to provide as many opportunities as possible for folks to get to know one another, since so many of us work remotely. But mostly it says a lot about everyone’s willingness to reach out and connect with each other! I’d like to quickly point out our career path is another great perk, especially for those who have the urge to take on a larger role. Most of the time we look within first to fill these opportunities, which offer a lot of the same advantages of our part-time positions but with full-time benefits, including health coverage, 401K, and paid time off. Regarding ramping up hours, it’s really specific to our partners’ ability to gain access for our team. The time it takes is largely due to specific security precautions at each facility. So, our goal is to get everyone to the desirable number as quickly as possible, but that time does vary depending upon the partner. We encourage folks to keep an open dialogue with their Senior Managers to make sure things move at a good pace. I hope you’ve reached a number that you’re happy with now! If I can help answer any questions, please feel reach out to me. My email s is included below. All the best, Kelly True, Senior Manager, Human Resources hr@q-centrix.com
