      BEWARE! Micromanagement Cult

      Pros

      Free food & health insurance. Steady check.

      Cons

      Micromanagement style in the marketing department. Every move you make is watched. New management Is poorly trained and bullying is part of the culture. If you speak out about a problem it will revert back to you as the problem and will have no other option but to resign. Hard work is never appreciated and managers take credit for your work. Very clickish culture.

      A diverse crowd of people with any interest you can imagine. A great group of cool geeks and pranksters. Unlimited coffee/tea Endless opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Imposed superficial culture No promotions from within Frequent re-orgs that achieve nothing Incompetent Implementation department management that is unwilling to consider team members' feedback No real appreciation of hard work. Just a lot of talk and t-shirts, but I believe even those are no more. Over-complicated processes No sense of the true situation with management and company. Annual "All-hands" meetings have a lot of "ra-ra", but new senior management is constantly on-boarded, while established managers are swept aside. (A new President was recently hired to work side by side with the former President but current CEO... :/ hmm...) Seasoned contributors in the Implementation department are frequently replaced with new hires. High attrition/turnover Mediocre (at best) benefits No matching for 401k or plans to do it in the future

      Great CEO! Great Vision and besides certain sides of the business an interesting and fun company to work for.

      Cons

      HR lacks integrity and process improvements, especially upper management. High attrition and turnover due to lack of leadership
