      Pros

      Asks the question, "Why should we hire you?" meaning that there is a lot of interest in working here, and Q2 wants only the best and brightest achievers to join them. The owner and CEO take a particular interest in establishing and maintaining the old culture while saving room for new growth and potential.

      Cons

      None that I'm aware of. You have lots of offices to choose from, you can WFH, you get the best teammates no matter which team you're on.

      Great people, good benefits, commitment to communities and service.

      Cons

      Fast growth and constant change, not very open to flexible work situations, poor internal communication, and not a good location unless you live on north side of town.

      Pros

      Lots of events for those in the Austin office, thanks to our Culture Coordinator. Annual talent show, holiday parties, company picnic, employee appreciation week, and photo contests keep things fun.

      Cons

      Remote employees often don't get to participate in "culture" events. Company is growing rapidly, making it difficult for the software platform to keep up with the demands of our large and varied client base.
