Pros

Health coverage for individuals is low cost. Wellness program is great. Massage and bootcamps onsite. Healthy snack options in onsite cafe. Workout room available.

Cons

Health coverage for families or individials with children or a spouse are not low cost. They don't offer 401k matching.

Pros

Above average opportunities to move within departments or advance into leadership roles. A good place to start if you're young or starting a new career and are willing to accept low pay and a lot of hours to get the experience in before you move on to greener pastures.

Cons

Just started first round of layoffs and company isn't even close to profitable yet. Job security and morale is low right now. Not a good place to work if you have a family--I don't know anyone here who doesn't work at least 50 hours a week, though most I know work much much more than that. Company tried to expand too fast and now we're experiencing the fall out.

Pros

I have been working with Q2 for over a year and a half now. Q2 has a great culture and the founder and CEO have a vision that is easy to get behind. They still like to take time to speak about their vision to all incoming employees. There is a lot of potential to grow with the company and based on the projections of how quickly the company is growing, it's easy to find a place where you belong here with the right team.

Cons

In many of the positions here at Q2, you should be able to WFH--but management does not seem to allow it as much as you'd think.
