Q2 is growing really fast and has been recognized several years in a row by Inc. Magazine's 500| 5000 and the Austin American-Statesman's Top Places to work. There are possibilities for advancement if you put forth the effort. Q2 emphasizes its culture, community, and sense of family.

Cons

Growing so fast that most of the job roles at Q2 are brand new. There are more new employees than veteran staff. Can't sign up for a 401k until after your 90 day probationary period. No company 401k match. Health Insurance plans are bottom tier and expensive.

Pros

Management really seems to have a handle on things. People there go the extra mile to get things done and help out. Good ideas are immediately implemented, does not seem to be a lot of politics or bureaucracy.

Cons

Can get very busy at times. Vacation time is sub-par. Not much in the way of flex-time, but I do believe they are working on that. Majority of implementations works out on an open floor, gets very noisy.
